hey everyone i just sitting at work kinda bored, just wanting to say hi! how is everyone doing? how are you all feeling? im doing well..lol just the weather is not so nice, and i think my allergies and sinus are kicking in. i have to ask my doc what kind of meds to take, since i cant swallow pills at the moment...o joy! ok well wanted to say hello to all my friends!!! enjoy the rest of the afternoon!! xoxo

Que tal? I'm currently reminding myself why I should not eat taco meat I'm glad you're well. It's hot here in the liquid sunshine state, but we could use rain. Do you have a pill crusher? I got a cheap one at Walmart, and it works great. I'll be glad when my stricture is fixed on the 17th. Liquids are boring. Gosh

Hola!!! For a minute there...I thought I was looking at the Hispanic/Latino Messageboard Anyway, I hate when my allergies act up--I didn't take anything for them when they were really bad (about 2 weeks ago). Sometimes I think I like to suffer....let us know what your doctor recommends to take. Thanks! Gosh, I've been looking for a pill crusher...never thought about looking at walmart. For my allergies I take Alevert [don't know if it's an OK med, never did ask] ... they dissolve right in your mouth so no crushing or water needed. xosm

When my nose kicks up I take Entex. It's by prescripton and we can take it. It's great stuff!!
