Medic Alert Bracelet?

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has a medic alert bracelet and where did you order yours and is it really very important that we get one? I was reading some of the other boards and notice that people are getting them to alert the medics that they have had gastric bypass. Just wondering about everyone else's thoughts on this topic.
