Weight Loss--Roll Call

I've lost 45lbs... I go to the gym 5 times a week (early in am) I'm sorry that It took me long to respond, It's beena crazy week. anyway, I was thinking the same thing,,Am I losing enough...I guess I'm on track with everyone else...I see a trainer also..He explained to me that when we exercise that others who don't exercise do lose a little more but actually they are losing muscle...but in the long run. you body builds up the muscle to help burn the fat and with on going exercise you will not gain the weight back!(my biggest fear) besides, my only sister who is a size 1 (with room) is getting married this fall so I'm very motivated to stay on track...Have a wonderful Thursday....Hugs Susan Napolitano
Cant wait to see how everyone is doing surgery 2-8 weighed in at 365 today 4-27 weighted in at 315. Slowely but surely the weight is coming off I cant wait to see the big 100 pounds lost.
I walk daily but soon I will need to be back at the gym walking is getting boring. Hope everyone is doing well and keep up the good work

Hello All! My starting weight was 278 and now 238 so, that's a total of 40 lbs since Feb.23,2006! WHoo Hooo!! We're all doing GREAT! I don't exercise a whole lot except for the exercise I get from working. I take one Womens one-a-day and one Biotin daily and I feel great. I just need to start slowing down on the eating part. I tend to eat too fast and end up feeling nausious. But, I haven't gotten sick yet at all!
