I've had a BM every day. Not much to it though as we're not eating much (if at all yet). I just graduated from my "full liquids" to pureed foods today. I'm drinking Propel, water and walking every day. Lizzie

I wouldn't take the benefiber without talking to your doctor first. I had surgery the same day and have had one BM a couple days ago. Since then nothing...I'm not stressing yet...I figure that the system has just undergone a huge change and that I have to expect alot of changes. I'm thinking this is just one of them. Good luck!

I just stepped on the scale and I've lost an additional 5 lbs so I have lost 85 lbs to the date. I only have 15 more to go for my personal goal of 100 lbs in 3 months!!!! YES 4EVA

Jen Halliday here. 9 weeks out Wednesday. 321-272 lost 49 pounds. I walk three times a week, maybe more. I'm waiting on a call from the personal trainer at my bariatric program. I'd like to start a routine next week. My sister and I (who live together) have a Gazelle, and I have yet to get on it since surgery....I'm scared. Jen

I am 8 weeks post op and down 60 pounds!! I maybe get 1 or 2 workouts a week so far. I will change to that to much more often once we are moved and settled into our new house. Things are pretty crazy right now. I now I need to exercise more but I just havent gotten back into my pre-op routine. I have about 50ish more pounds to go to get to my goal.

Hey all, this month has not been kind to me... starting weight 250 and current weight is 204.6. I have been excercising on and off, nothing too consistent. Am doing alot better though with my protein. Was hoping to get to onederland before the end of the month but maybe within another couple of weeks ! (Yes, I am trying to not get discouraged !! )

I'm 2 1/2 months out, have lost 48 pounds so far. I walk everyother day and do a Biggest loser workout video. Started at 253 now 205. Tammy

Hey, Only 40 lbs here, but very happy. The rest of you guys are blowing me away. I'll be glad when my stritcture is taken care of, then I'll be able to have more than liquids, puddings, and mostly liquid purees. Dinner's in my garbage can, but at least it tasted good the first time around. Mabey I'll get another couple of pounds down by monday? Who knows. Gonna giggle my son now, Gosh

Grouch... You silly girl I didn't go from 250 to 204.6 in the past month !! Gosh that would have been an amazing thing though... 250 was my starting weight... jeeeeesssccchhhhhh

As I approach the two month mark this weekend, I am happy to say that 41 pounds are gone forever. I have not done any exercise (who has the energy?). I am still having a hard time getting enough protein and water everyday (which probably accounts for lack of energy). But I am happy with my loss. Jean 276/235/125
