Thanks, my weight loss seems so-so to me compared to others, but hey, I try not to compare I wish I could exercise more. Doc did give me the OK to do the Gazelle and or walking now, but there is a chance I will be getting hooked up to a wound vac [a contraption to help the wound heal faster] so I don't know how much that will hold me back ... the good thing is that hopefully the wound WILL finally heal and I can get on track with everyone else. The wedding was BORING, but my daughter was the flower girl, and SHE had a BLAST and staying in a hotel is always fun to me - I love having all that space and we had a super view of a bridge over the Hudson River. I don't see any SHAPE developing, but it's sweet of you to say I feel good that I MAY BE actually progressing, I really am so tired of still being sick and tired. HUGS BACK AT YA! xosm

Hi, I am down 52 pounds as of today. I started at 390 at surgery and am now a happy 338. About a year ago I was at 440 so you can see why I am at a happy 338...I walk everyday and lift weights at least 3 times a week. I have a lot more energy and get a lot more things accomplished around my home. I'm off almost all of my meds and feeling very good. I've been able to cut out pain medications that I used for my back and hip and that's just wonderful!!!! I can't imagine being happier.

I am 7 weeks out. I am bouncing between 35 to 40 pd weight lose. My scales are not exact I think it is the floor being off balance no matter where I put it I get a different reading. So I just leave it where it is. I know on the 10th my doctor said I had lost 31 pds. I will go by my pcp and get an accurate check wednesday or thursday for the record. As for exercise I am walking twice a day at least five times a week. I am going to try to sign up for the nex****er arobics class which will start the end of May beginning of june. I know I feel better and am doing a lot more outside and in the house. My house has not been so clean in a couple of years. closets, basement, and the utility room are all clean and straighten out. love marie
