Weight Loss--Roll Call

Ok girls and ?? if any guys, we have one week to our monthly weigh in. I hope grouchetta will be able to post for us. I haven't talked to her for awhile. Yesterday I was talking to my bud Peggy and we were talking about where we were. I checked the people from January and they are all averaging between like 56-65 at 3 months out. Most of us are two months out. I would like to know where others are and if they are on a exercise regimine: Sandra B. 8 weeks out 324-281 lost 43 no exercise yet (I sound lazy but working full time and with a 14 month old---I crash after serving him dinner but, next week I start aquasize and a baby swim class for him so we'll see what happens!!)

Peggy G. 2 months out, 245-203, lost 42 lbs. Exercise is sporadic, but atleast 3 times a week I walk for 30 minutes. Some days I work out on my friend's bowflex and some days I just do free weights at home, as of right now I am trying to incorporate Denise Austin's yoga and pilates mixed, boy is it hard!

Hey Peggy, See we are basically in the same area right now as for weight loss. The girl who posted after you has exactly your stats. Cool huh!! I may try yoga too with pilates to lengthen my body and gain that inch of height I loss. LOL Hugs, Sandy

Don't be jealous! I DID 3 weeks of liquids, 2 full weeks of clears only! I was so bored. Now I really ENJOY every mushy thing Iget to eat.

Kristin H. 2 months out 245 - 203 lbs. loss of 42 lbs. I work 6 pm to 6 am so on the days I work I don't exercise. On my days off I walk atleast 30 mins. but usually more. I rode a bike for the 1st time in like 10 years w/ my son the other day! WOW were my legs sore the next day. I am gonna buy a new bike so when he is out of school we can ride (and walk) together. I want to start w/ weights now too.....need to tone up the girls!! lol

Hey Kristin, You basically have the same workday as I do because I travel to work to teach. I have a 1 year old who is very active. Glad to hear abou the bike. I hope to do the Chicago midnight bike ride this summer if I get down a lot farther. I walked for 5-6 hours the other day at the zoo. I was shocked at myself. You and Peggy are almost at the same place with stats--soon you will be 100's woo hoo!! I wish I could get there with you gals!!! Hugs, Sandy

Whoo hoo! Kristin you made my day I was afraid I should havve lost more by now, but now I know I am normal , so thanks for posting!! Oh and I cannot wait to Hit Onederland!!!! Patricia N. 2 months out 250-209, lost 41 lbs. I have been sporadic with my exercise... I need to remedy that. We joined the gym and I have some DVD's,...walking, pilates, yoga, so I really have no excuse.
