4/22 Saturday--what did you eat?
Well I am sorry it is so late, but I thought I would still post.
Well I did okay today with protein, but a little high on calories. When I added onion rings into fitday. I realized how high in calories they are so I will have to stay away from them. I should have know better fried foods all grease, yeah like that isnt going to be high in calories. Dont try mushrooms either they have no nutrisional value at all, just wasted calories.
Breakfast----1 cup 1% milk
lunch-----2 oz.hamburger, 3 onion rings
dinner----- 6 0z chicken
snack----- 4 oz. chicken
37 oz propel water, I dont know what I would do without propel
16 oz tea
8 oz milk
calories 875 protein 54
I started at 330. I have some back problems (arthritis, stenosis, bulging disk, bone spurs)... my back is sore and that seems to be from compensating with my back for my sore abdomen when getting up out of a chair or especially getting out of bed. I am having trouble getting comfortable to sleep (partly becuase of my back and partly because I hate sleeping on my back) so I'm not sleeping very well. Other than that I feel really good though - really much better than I expected to.
