about exercising
for all of you who know me i am an advocate about excersise. It is something we really should do. But i want to be totally honest with you.....I HATE IT!!!
I get told i will learn to like it well its been 3 weeks and i still hate it. Now i still go 5 days a week in the morning but i still hate it. I have to talk myself through my entire work out.
I just wanted you all to know its ok to hate it lol its just not ok to not do it lol.

Julie, glad you admitted it, cause I hate it too! But, I walked two miles today instead of one and boy did my legs burn!!!! You are right about telling us we all need to do it, maybe you could be my accountability partner? Because I have been a little slack in getting a daily routine going, I have been only exercising 2 or 3 times a week! I know I need to do it more, i am just like..aeh!(shrugging shoulders). But I want to get in a daily routine and keep going, i have heard it takes a month for it to become a habit. Like a month straight of doing it. I need to get started and I guess I can count today as my first day.
ok and you email me daily telling me you did it and i will email you. [email protected] The accountabity will be to email me i know you can do it i wake up and go NO MATTER WHAT! Keep on keeping on i believe in you.

Ok Julie, I'm not sure if this counts or not but I think it does (my thighs are super sore today!) I bought the Carmen Electra's Aerobic striptease dvd ****uit laughin'), but no really it's not as vulgar as you may think--stripper dance?--but IT IS a real workout. I had so much fun doing it and even though I didn't fini**** I worked out to it for 45 mins !! I couldn't do it today--I'm still sore right now. Anyway, I think I'll get the rest of the workouts--they are fun. Plus, I get to learn how to do the sexy stuff for my hubby...LOL.
