This weeks goal...
i try so hard to hit all my goals but like many of you all i am having issues with water. I used to drink so much water i could float away but now its hard i think we all know why. So my goal is to try to get at least 8 glasses in. Water is the key i think and the one thing i sux at lol. I can push my body to exercise 5 days a week for a hour to a hour an a half and i cant get down enough water....LOSER I AM!!! but i would be a BIGGER loser if i could drink the dang water!!!! lol

Hi Terri...no "what did you eat yesteday" post today? I know...hardly anybody posts. Oh well..but anyway, I have a hard time getting in all my water. The protein I think I do ok on, I eat beef jerky a lot--and I know it has lots of sodium but I need that protein.
So my first goal is to drink lots and lots of water.
The other goal (hehe I know you said ONE for this week but I'm ambitious) is to get some more exercise besides walking. I bought a dvd last night and did it for 45mins , not bad huh? I'm sore right now...especially in my hips and thighs. Have a nice day too!!

I actually have alot of goals for this week.
1) This one is so important but I always forget but TAKE MY VITAMINS!!! I cant find the time! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS?
2) get all my water!!! in so far today, I have drank 48oz of fluid!
3)Get to the gym everyday! that I am almost completely! I went yesterday and I just got back from the gym so it is all good!!!!

I hear ya on the water issue but i have for myself anyway mastered the vitamin and gym thing. let me tell you what i do....trick myself. lol
I get up and go to the potty and at that time i tell myself no getting back into bed i get ready for gym i grab my capachino slim fast ( 10 grams of protien and has vitamins in it al well) and my multi chew vitamin and a calcuim chew i pop a botin ans swig my slim fast then grab keys, bottle of water(now i have to drink the water not just take it with me lol) and out the door. I have to finish slim fast and vitamins BEFORE i start to exercise or ( i tell myself) i will not have the energy to finish my work out.OK SO I HAVE ISSUES LOL I TALK TO MYSELF AND LIE TO MYSELF LOL BUT...psst it works for me!!! maybe it will work for you
