By the way, I did hear back from some January folks re: their calorie intakes and gym activities. Seems as though the consensus is that they are taking in 800 to 1000 calories at 3 mos. out, 1000 for the walkers, 1200-1300 hard gym trainers (1.5 hrs./3-5 days a week). Those in the gym were also taking in more protein. Pretty much what we were figuring which makes me very proud of this crowd. So far we're doing pretty good figuring things out together.
