So i do reaserch alot the real estate buiness is slow now so hey you got me to find stuff out
I read and i have found that this works best when you eat if you try to eat only protien/veggies/and fruit. You will stay true to what you need. Lets face it we dont need carbs there are carbs in veggies and fruits. STAY AWAY FROM BREAD AND RICE!!!!!!! these are so bad and will only work agaist what you are trying to do.
Now you guys dont have to listen to me i am just one of you but I want us all to be AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL!!!! so just a lil advice

Ok Julie, this is going to sound dumb...I don't know much about carbs. I really didnt know much about food in the first place, reason why I my weight was so out of control I ate everything and I think all the good stuff has carbs. So I'm not sure what else qualifies as a carb--is it just bread & rice? Or are there more I should be aware of? Thanks for the info! btw you're in real estate? I should ask you questions about that..LOL

OK so think of it this way carbs are like breads and things. They provide no nutients its a waste and we only have so much room in out small pouch so ...your going on vacation you can only pack so many clothes do you take the clothes you know you wont wear or that you look bad in?? NO so your pouch is the suitcase and the food is the clothes only pack what you need and is good for you
