Help...8 weeks out and ate way more than usual.
Has anyone else experienced this yet? Yesterday I ate twice as much as I can normally fit in my pouch not only at lunch, but also dinner. I didn't even get "sick" afterwards (you know how if you eat too fast then the fullnes****s you in a few minutes and you're one hurtin' puppy). Is something wrong with me? Did I stretch my pouch? I'm worried.
This morning I only ate my normal 3 oz. and felt satisfied. It's bizzare.
Hi Natalie I know what you mean. The other day I calculated I ate about 997 calories!! It also seems like I can eat way more than I used to (but not at one sitting). A lot of foods seem to agree with me and I've been surprised about that. I've been told if you haven't gotten sick it's because you are doing something right. Dumping tells you when you've eaten sugar or too much food. You're right this is bizzare....

So since i started fitday.com i am a PHYSCO about entering food. I have noticed 3 days of an eating frenzy of up to 900 cal then today i amnot as hungery. and my calorie intake is less at this time today than is was the same time the past three days. Maybe our bodies go through this like burn calorie fit then slow down. Hey i dunno now i know everyone is gonna get sick of me saying this but workng out is helping me alot i encourgae everyone when you are able to DO IT! it will speed up your loss. I will know for sure when i hit my month but i have uped my loss per week by 1 and even 2 pounds a week. I am a "lightweight" so i dont lose as much as fast and i know i need to work on it.
