How was Wednesday ?
Well lets just say that I took care of some cravings yesterday ! Is it a good thing ? Hmmmm yes and no...
B- SF Jello
S- Some peanuts
L- Some Progresso Vegetable soup- Only ate some of the veggies cuz others were "skinned!"
S- Baked Frito Lays Chips- I was craving chips so badly. I bought a small (99 cent) bag- ate a couple and gave the rest to a co-worker. It feels good to know that I was able to eat just a few, since chips were one of my prior downfalls. I am not gonna test it too often though !
D- 8 soy crisps & SF ice pop (just wasn't in the mood for real food...)
Water- I got in 52 oz (getting better)
Protein- Not enough
Excercise- Was lazy- Nuthin...

Hi! It seems like I ate a lot yesterday but according to fitday I only had about 687 calories .
B-egg omelet with lean white turkey
S-applesauce
L-went out to eat at a restaurant, had 2 raviolis and a very small piece of lasagna
S-applesauce
D-potato soup (not creamy) with melted cheese
S-beef jerky
Water:-I got about 48oz
um...that's weird....here's the rest of my post:
Vits: all good except b1 (the newly added vit I have to take, ugh!)
Exercise: I went to the mall with friends. I bought two 5lb weights and carried them as we walked...okay we took turns but still. I was mentioning to my friends how heavy carrying both weights was and then realized, to think I was carrying 30+ lbs 8weeks ago!!!!
