Well I did get my calories up yesterday so lets see what kinda impact it has on things ! B- SF Choc Pudding S- .75 oz peanuts ( I bought a small bag and couldn't eat it all, still shocks me !) L- Egg salad with 1/2 ryvita D- Chinese Buffet Protein- Got about 45 oz Water- Only 40 oz Excercise- Treadmill may be a goner and it was too cold and late to walk last night !

Hello B- 1/2 cup of oatmeal & milk S-4oz. applesauce L-3 oz. beef jerky S-none D-small piece of steak,zucchini, and a bit of mashed potatoes S-2 oz. sunflower seeds Water: about 48oz Vits: good Exercise-none...no excuse Elisa
