How was your Tuesday ?
Well I did get my calories up yesterday so lets see what kinda impact it has on things !
B- SF Choc Pudding
S- .75 oz peanuts ( I bought a small bag and couldn't eat it all, still shocks me !)
L- Egg salad with 1/2 ryvita
D- Chinese Buffet
Protein- Got about 45 oz
Water- Only 40 oz
Excercise- Treadmill may be a goner and it was too cold and late to walk last night !
