Hey everyone, Just want to share a fun snack with you, or actually a good breakfast. Special K snack bites. They come in strawberry or vanilla. They are only 100 calories per bag and just .81 0z per bag. Just a fast, easy idea to share! Take care Toni

Hi Toni, these special K snack bites sound good. How much sugar? I would say I'll try them but I think I've found that I snack too much and if I like these it's just going to get me into trouble . Thanks! Elisa

lol...yes me to with snacking but i started to have them for breakfast. As for sugar I don't know of the top of my head, but when i get home ill check for you.
