Hey how was your Monday ?!
Morning all !
B- SF Jello ( I have to find something else, I know !!)
L- Egg salad with 1/2 Ryvita cracker... (they are crispy and taste great !)
S- Profect
D- Some instant mashed potatoes (life was chaos last night !)
S- SF Fudgesicle and 3 Soycrisps
Water- Hmmmm around 40 oz. (working on that already today !)
Protein- 38 grams (grabbed some peanuts for a snack today... maybe that will help)
Excercise- It was raining like the hammers of hell but did 1/2 mile on the treadmill

Yesterday...ah yes...not a good day. I ate things maybe I shouldn't have but oh well what's done is done...here's the reason for my 997 calories:
B-5 crackers with cheese & lean white turkey pieces
S-nothing
L-1 Del Taco taco...it was nice to be able to eat almost a whole ONE
S-protein shake-banana,yogurt,& milk
D-1/3 cup of Wendy's chili with 5 saltine crackers
S-beef jerky
water:48oz I'm starting to feel dry...
Vits: good...I guess
Excercise: eh, walked as usual for about 20min

Ugh, yesterdaqy was tough. I just started a new job so - breakfast - 1/2 cup OJ w/ calcium
lunch - 1/2 bowl of broc & cheese soup
dinner - pinto's n cheese
water - only about 20 oz - I am having a terrible time with water and food for that matter.
Today was even worse -
b - 1/2 cup granola cereal w/skim milk
lunch - 1 bite beef jerkey
dinner - broc & cheese and threw up
now drinking or trying to, skim milk to settle my stomach.
I am just not getting food in very well. GRRRRRRR

B - Protein Drink
L - 1/3 cup cottage cheese and 10 wheat thins
S - soy crisps (approx. 7)
D - 1/4 patty veal parmigiana and about 1/8 cup pasta salad (leftovers )
Water - about 60 oz.
Protein - 50 g.
exercise - 5 minutes on elliptical (can't do much more with my hip hurting)
