Back to work- How was Sunday ?
B- Kashi cereal with skim milk
L - Cottage cheese with cinnamon and splenda (anyone have any new ways to dress up cottage cheese?)
D - Tilapia with parmesan and green onions on top and a few bites of Saturday nights cheese and steak burrito (I was a little bad)
also had a tea with protein powder
Water - about 74 ounces (im finding that now that im exercising I need even more water, anyone else find that?)
Exercise - 30min on elliptical
