Back to work- How was Sunday ?
Well lets just say that I hate Mondays... Specailly those with one less hour sleep attached !
B- SF Jello
L- 2 chicken McNuggets (we were on the road allll day long !)
D- Profect
Protein- LOL.... What is protein ? OKOKOK I was terrible about everything
Water- Uhhmmmm 36 oz...
Excercise- Hey I did it ! I walked 1.25 miles... Had my honey drop me off on the way home so I could at least do something right !
Hoping that my Monday is a lot better !

L-mexican style shrimp ****tail with 4 saltine crackers
S-sf jello with fruit and sf whip cream
D-more shrimp ****tail with 3-4 saltine crackers
S-protein shake
water: not so good, about 46oz. I know I can improve on this but I don't know why I always end up short.
Sups: ok, just missed 2nd calcium chew and still not taking b1 yet
Exercise-I walked for alittle bit can't really call it "exercise"
I hope today will be a better day.

My doctors office told me we could try anything after 6 weeks. I ate steak yesterday too! With my mom, it was delicious, I just chewed it very slowly and carefully, it was nice because I knew I was getting a TON of protein in and not having to worry about drinking another shake to get it! LOL! I am in love with Nectar's Iced Tea flavored protein drink, it tastes just like Iced Tea!

I drink Nectar protein drinks also... they are so yummy. I get mine from www.dpsnutrition.net. They have the lowest prices I have found anywhere.
My personal favorite is the carribean cooler... ooooh, it is good. All of theirs are so good!!
