B- 1/2 overy easy egg with 1/2 sausage patty
S- Profect
L- 2 oz Roast Beef and the most amazing cracker known to mankind !
D- 1/4 piece of pizza (okokok so it may not have been a realllllly good choice but I was gonna hurt my fiancee if I didn't have some !)
Protein- Not too good...
Water- Only 30oz- drier than dry this AM
Pills- Good
Excercise- Didn't really get to walk but does 30 trips up and down a flight of stairs count ?

Hello all...I have been feeling like I'm not keeping up too well with the eating and drinking like you all. I don't know why?
B-1/2c of cinnamon toast crunch cereal with 2% milk
L- grilled chicken with italian veggies (thats what it said on the menu and it was very good)
S-1/2 of my usual 32oz serving of my protein shake (just doesn't taste the same without banana-I ran out)
D-sour cream & chive baked potato from Wendy's
S-some jerky
Water: not doing so good...I think I had about 47oz or so.
Daily Sups: so-so...I'm having calcium 2x a day at 500mg still not enough but an improvement...also I need to start on b-1 thiamine and I haven't started on that yet
Exercise: OH MY I walked for a longer amount of time yesterday and boy did my thighs feel the burn...they were a bit sore last night
