Ok we are going to start this monthly weigh in. I will try to chart on paper and then post or email it to everyone. Please list your email if you can. Grouchetta email: [email protected] Height: 5' 5.5" Starting Weight: 318 Current Weight: 273 Goal Weight: not sure yet, just want to be healthy Starting BMI: 52.1 Current BMI: 44.9 Surgery Date: 2/15/06 How far out: 5 weeks and 3 days Average Protein Intake: was 63 up until last week, now increased to average around 100g Average Fluid Intake: was 32 ounces, increased to a minimum of 48 ounces and goal of 64-70 ounces Can't Eat: I haven't tried to eat much, so nothing, yet. Any weight stalls: Last week [week 5] to current.

Jen Halliday email: [email protected] Height: 5'3" Starting Weight: 321 Current Weight: 288 Goal Weight: Surgeon's goal: 197, Personal Goal: 170, but I just want to be healthy Starting BMI: 59 Current BMI: 51 Surgery Date: 2/22/06 How far out: 5 weeks and 3 days Average Protein Intake: Oh, this is one area that I struggle in, but my nutritionist says that it's okay to build up to 80 g. I usually get anywhere from 25-45 g a day. Not too bad! Average Fluid Intake: I LOVE water....was 20 oz per day, now about 32 to 48 oz per day, with a goal of 64 oz per day. Before surgery, I used to drink 3 or 4 liters a day, sometimes more, but I moved around a lot and sweat it off! Can't Eat: Nothing, praise God! I did, however, vomit on 4 shrimp with butter and garlic. That was b/c I ate too much, though! Apparently, next time I will eat only 2. Any weight stalls: Last week I stayed at 292 for the longest time. Gained 2 pounds due to my monthly and then lost 6 pounds this week. Not too shabby and I'm on the road to losing again!!
