Here is a recipe that I used to use when I was on the South Beach Diet. It is so yummy and high protein. Each serving is 28g. I add peanut butter as a spread under sugar free syrup - so it bumps it up a couple of g's. However, I must confess that I was only able to eat about 10g of it, but every bite was delicious!!
Oatmeal Pancake
1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add the batter (1/2 at a time) and cook over medium heat until both sides are lightly browned.
Top with low-sugar toppings of your choice.
