Saturday- What about Friday ?
The one thing that makes me crazy about weekends is that I can never sleep late !
B- SF Choc Pudding
L- Nectar
S- Profect
D- Some instant mashed potatoes
S- SF Fudgepop
I was tired of everything. Didn't do too well with my meals although I did manage to get in 52g of protein and 60 oz of water !

Don't know what your weather is but its beautiful in New Jersey. Finally spring! Here's yesterdays menu:
am - decaf tea with protein powder
B - Kashi Go Lean with skim
L - 1 slice lowfat deli ham & 1 cheese stick
D- 1/2 swiss chesse omelet (made with two eggs) and one turkey sausage that did not sit too well
Snack - 3 wheat thins
I got about 50oz of water in and my vitamins (except my calcium that I always forget)
Did 30min's on the elliptical at the gym and a couple of the machines

Yesterday was a bad food day.
B-->nothing
S-->nothing
L-->I had to go out of town for my dr. appt so I had to eat out. I ate a few nibbles of hash browns , a couple of tbsps of chili (wasn't that good)
S-->beef jerky
D-->shrimp patties with green beans
S-->late night, had some egg and refried beans (I know too late to be eating)
Water: not good
Vits: all done
Exercise: none, too upset I have to do more than just walk jk
