Finally Friday... What did you eat yesterday and how was your day ?!
The weekend is almost here and I am soo happy !
B- SF Jello ( I need to find something else for breakfast but it has to be quick and easy- Hate oatmeal...)
L- 2 oz cheese and 6 soy crisps( I was able to keep the cheese down ! Yeeeha!)
S- Profect
D- 3 Oz chicken nuggetty kinda thing and 2 pieces rotelli with spaghetti sauce
S- SF Ice pop
Last night I THINK I finally found out what has been going on with me and all the upheaving ! I was soooo off in what 3 oz was in foods that I wasn't familiar with. SO I think I may have been trying to eat too much. Hopefully I will be able to keep everything down- Going to pay much better attention to my portion size !

Glad you figured out what was causing you problems. Here's my menu from yesterday:
AM - Tea with protein powder
B - 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal with Skim Plus Milk
L - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
D - went to a party and scrounged 2 slices of cheese, 1 slice deli turkey and two shrimp
about 48oz water
Not such a great day yesterday. I have no idea if I got all my protein in. I think I am just getting worn out with the counting and planning and did not want to worry about it yesterday. I am back on the straight and narrow today and will make sure I get in my 70g. Its funny, a few months ago not having a good day meant I ate the whole box of cookies. Today it means I didn't count how much protein was in my cottage cheese. I guess I have made some progress!
Yesterday was not a good eating day for me.

D - 2 bites of BBQ Beef, 2 small tater tots (baked), 1 wheat thin
S - SF popsicle
The BBQ beef made me sick instantly - I think it had a high sugar content. I didn't eat too much of it.
The weather here in NE PA is nice too! Great day today. Looking forward to a long walk this weekend.

S~a few pieces of beef jerky
D~a tiny piece of hamburger meat & soft baby carrots
Water: not so good need to drink more I think I had about 36-40oz only.
Vits: all good
Exercise: went for a 20min walk
I had a follow-up appointment today and I need to up the exercise and start on b-1 thiamine supplements. My next visit is in 3 months, the same day as my husbands pre-op appointment.
