What daily supplements do u take?
Hi Sylvia, I want to take prenatals too. Tomorrow at my appointment I am going to ask about that. I hate the darn chewables. I like swallowing my pills...as long as they're small it doesnt' bother me. Wow you take b-12 twice a week? My dr. told us 1000mcg once a week. I have a bottle of biotin but it's only 600mcg. I haven't taken the biotin I've heard it makes you feel nauseous--Is that true? Do you know or anyone know how much I should take of the biotin if it's only 600mcg? Thanks!

My doctor has me taking B-12 1000mcg twice a week and if I take the lower dosage I have to take it everyday. As far as the Biotin, it doesn't make me nauseous at all. My angel gave me the 2500mg Biotin, she got it at GNC. I had the 1000mg that I bought at WalMart but I would rather take one pill that has more in it I wish there was a 90g protein pill

Morning I take 1 flinstones chewable MV, 1 biotin, 1 spoon liquid calcium with vit D from Tropical Oasis and 1 dropperful liq. sublingual B12.
Evening I take 1 flinstones chewable MV and 1 spoon calcium.
I have not had my blood work done yet so don't know if I am getting enough iron in, but I am sure I will find out.

Each morning and evening I mix 2 oz of water, 2 oz of orange juice with a Tlb of Benefiber, 1 Tlb protein powder, and 3 - 300g chewable calcium citrate with vitamin D. I use a wand type of mixer to mix it up and blend the calcium pills. It tastes fine, mostly like orange juice and that way I get an extra 10 g of protein, the fiber I've been needing, and my calcium. My doctor says 1500 g of calcium a day - but I've read our bodies only take in 500 at a time. So I compromise and do it in two shots. Oh, I also take the two pills I take daily with this mixture. I'm loving this almost as a treat - the orange juice and the protein powder sort of say - Orange Julius!
I take the Yummi Bears Multiple Vitamins and Minerals by Hero daily vitamins. 6 is a double dose, which is what my doctor advises, so I take three in the morning while I'm getting ready for work and 3 in the evening. I love them!!!! Here's my thought on you not wanting to waste the icky vitamins.....put them in your travel things and have them be your "back up" vitamins for travel or in case. You have gone through too much to choke down yucky stuff at this point in your life!
Each morning when I go to do my walking, I stick a B-12 sublingual pill under my tongue.
