It is Thursday...What did you eat yesterday ?

Thanks for bringing it back, I love seeing what everyone else is eating and getting new ideas. Here goes:
Early AM - decaf tea with protein powder
Breakfast - Two cheese sticks
Lunch - 3oz "muffin" meatloaf
Dinner - 3oz salmon with lime dill sauce (yummy)
Snack - 3 grapes
I am finally able to eat 3oz at a meal which means less protein supplements (yuck).

B-2 tablespoons of cottage cheese and 2 slices of canned sf pears but was only able to eat 3/4 of one half.
S-Chips and salsa--I think this was my lunch too.
L-see above
S-Protein Drink with usual--banana, yogurt and powder
D-2 tbsp of mashed potatoes and a few strips of beef also some applesauce
S-Chips and salsa ( I need to stop snacking on this)
Water: eh not so good...I think I must of had about 40oz
Vits: all good
Exercise: Walked for about 15min with my mom--it was too cold & windy to continue any longer
B: Hardboiled egg, slice toast, 1 tsp earth balance margarine (couldn't eat it all but got all the egg down)
L: 2 oz grilled chicken
S: World wide protein bar - 32 g protein
D: Most likely more grilled chicken and salad
Have had 60 oz of water so far, will probably do 20 more on my way home. Did 45 mins of cardio at the gym this morning and 10 mins of free weights at home. Am I thin yet????
