Mornin All ! B- SF jello with couple pieces of canned mandarin oranges S- Roadside Lemonade L- Egg salad (again-urgh) S-Profect D-Cheese off 1/3 slice of pizza, 2 chicken wings S-SF Fudgesicle Again I lost out in the dinner battle. I think that whenever I mix cheese with something of any kind of substance I may have issues. Not planning on any more testing on that front ! Not too good on the water today only had about 50 oz... getting there though ! Did walk my .5 mile, so that was another success (thanks goodness for treadmills at 9 pm!) Have a great day ! Looking forward to hearing from everyone else !

Hi Terri, I posted what I ate on yesterdays post but I will give the menu du jour: Early AM - Decaf tea with unflavored protein powder Breakfast - 1/2 Cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal with Skim Plus Lunch - 2oz Tuna with light mayo and 6 rf wheat thins Dinner - I will probably have a couple of ounces of Salmon Evening - Another Decaf tea with protein powder I know it all sounds suspiciously similar to the last two days menus. I am getting soooo bored! Unfortunately, Im not too adventurous and am a little scared to try new things. I also have to go food shopping! Better bored than barfing I guess.

Ugghh! I did nasty yesterday. Only got in about 1/2 my protein. And, not enough water either....not one of my greatest days so far, I know. B - Dannon light n fit yogurt S - SF popsicle L - ordered but they forgot me when delivered so I had nothing til 6pm! L, D, S - Steak, chopped in blender w/slice of chedder melted and mixed in and spread out over the evening; about 5oz total. S - 3oz. cherry juicy juice Today, I'm concentrating on water. I've got my raspberry crystal light in the freezer turning into a slushie as we speak. I've had one 16.9 bottle + my 12oz latte, seems the days I get in the water I don't get in the food; just too much for my pouchy. B - choco/hazelnut latte S - Dannon yogurt L - Italian wedding soup w/baby meatballs S - lime jello and/or Dannon yogurt D - Bumble Bee Salmon steak S - Hershey's NSA choco milk Now, I'm heading off to fitday.com to record same. Everytime I use it I find I eat better because I concentrate on what's going in my mouth more...gotta love the little piechart...I always try to make the protein section of my pie the biggest. Helps with resistence when I see the carb section or fat sections taking over. Have a great day ya'll! J.

Fitday... I had looked into that a million years ago when I was trying to do the Akins diet but it is so much easier to use now ! I am glad that so many of you had commented on it ! The reason for us posting what we eat everyday is so we can see habits ( the good and bad ones) and also get some suggestions from others in the group.

Hello! B-weight control oatmeal-cinnamon S-32oz~38g protein shake, which has 1 banana, 1 cup strawberry yogurt L-SmartOnes entree-prob only half or less S-beef jerky, I'm not sure how much I just stop when I feel satisfied D-not sure, hopefully my mom comes over and cooks something yummy! S-? maybe I'll have one maybe I won't Water: not good but I will have to step it up by bedtime, I guess if the protein drink counts then 32oz. Vits & Meds: I missed my thyroid med this morn and yesterday I missed my iron pill. Today I will make sure I take all of them on time. Exercise: None yet, I am hoping to get my sister or husband to go out with me for at least a 20min walk. Elisa

Hi: I had RNY on Feb 7. I am still only on liquids for the most part. I had protein shake 40grams on the way to work mug of chicken broth this evening and another protein shake later I walk between 1.8 miles and 2.2 miles per day. Best of luck to all Heidi
