What did you eat yesterday and how was your day ?
Mornin All ! Since we all seemed interested in getting this rolling I thought I would take the first step to getting us going !
B- SF pudding with protein powder
S-Profect
L- Egg salad
S-Nectar Tea
D-Small piece of Hamburger w/cheese
S-SF Ice pop
Well I have had a meatball before and had no problem but the darn hamburger just would not stay down... I ate slow and chewed til I could chew no more ! But it just didn't wanna stay with me. The ice pop did help with settling things afterward. Just when I think that I have this pouch figured out I am reminded how wrong I am !

Hello first let me tell you with my busy life it is so hard to get all i am supose to get in...IN. Not to mention i am full all the time. sigh i am 7 weeks out to day and yetserday i ate:
slimfast shake high protien
protien crunch bar
1/2 lettus wrap from cheese cake factory
3 bite size sample of burbon chicken at mall food court
2 chicken nuggets and 3 fries
I had to go out of town yesterday thats why all the restuant type food. but lets face it thats nothign compaired to what i used to eat. so far to day i have had
slim fast shake
1 left over lettus wrap from cheese cake factory
and thats it and its 2pm im so full and the lettus wrap i had 1/2 then 3 hours later had the other 1/2. I am having trouble getting all my proiten and water in although i am great at my vitamins. I just cant do it all. One day i tried to get my 98 oz of water in and i threw up all day water. I was drownding myself. im just doing what i can the best i know how. Hope you do ok to just dont put so much pessure on yourself. I do and its miserabele when i fail.

Hey guys I have been feeling like I can eat so much more than what we are supposed to have (2-4oz?). Can someone refresh my memory because I usually "play-it-by-ear" and stop when I feel satisfied.
Anyway here's what I had yesterday:
B-missed it =(
L-left over asparagus & ravioli (most of the insides & a couple whole)
S-24oz protein shake-I add a bunch of stuff-yogurt, 1 banana, 1/2c of water or milk and ice.
D-1/2c vegetable dish with small bits of meat
S-1 1/2oz beef jerky
I have only been able to get about 32oz of water and a couple of popsicles. I need to work on that, I have been short 16oz lately. Do you think the protein shake counts?
Today:
B- about 1oz cottage cheese & a couple of leftover ravioli
S-I will prob have protein shake
L- I want to try to have a Smartone frozen entree
....don't know about the rest of the day.....
I need to get all my liquids in today.

I don't get all of my water in everyday but what I have started to do is to use a reminder system on my pute at work or a timer from the dollar store. When I get that reminder or the timer goes off I know that I should be drinking either a new bottle of something or start working on a protein drink. The reminders can really be a dang pita but otherwise I would never get anywhere near the amount of water or protein that we need. I figure that with a little bit more time it will be second nature but until then I am gonna take advantage of all the help I can !

I can't even remember what I did yesterday, but I will try to recollect what I ate. Here goes:
early am - decaf tea with unflavored protein powder
Breakfast - missed it!
Lunch - A bowl of Kashi Go Lean Cereal with Skim Plus Milk
Dinner - Chili
Snack - 3 rf wheat thins
Before Bed - another decaf tea with protein powder
Water - about 48oz
Today
early am - decaf tea with protein powder
am - cottage cheese with splenda and cinnamon
lunch - south beach protein bar (did not have time for anything else)
dinner - I will probably have 2oz of Salmon with a delicious lime dill sauce
Before Bed - decaf tea with protein
Trying to be better with the water today (I dehydrate easy). So far I've had about 40 oz.
By the way, thanks for doing this. It really helps to see what everyone else is eating and get new ideas.

B achieve one Mocha java
S carb control yogurt
L 2 oz chilii
D 5 ritz crackers with lowfat cream cheese
70 ounces water, hot tea & vitamins
now today is another story. everything is bothering me
B Deacf Iced Coffee with skim milk
L 1/2 scrambled egg (came right back up)
D not sure yet maybe a shake or some chicken broth

S - Protein shake
D - 2 oz. shepard's pie
S - SF popsicle
Fluids - I am doing horrible on getting a decent amount of fluids in. I still cannot drink very much water (I will be happy when that ends, as I used to drink a LOT of water every day).

S----CIB Only drank half didnt taste good. BF said milk was bad. but I think he thought it was bad because it was fat free. I am having trouble drinking my CIB and have drank them for 5 years. taste change I suppose.
L--1/4 cup of bean soup
S--1/4 cup of bean soup
D--- 1/4 cup of bean soup
Water---right now I am having no problems with water. I set out three 20 bottles of propel, water mix and I know I have to drink at least that. I cannot drink straigh****er though It sits too heavey so I mix 1/3 propel with 2/3 water in old prople bottles and that seems to be working good for me. I have to have them at room temperature also.
