Best Things to Eat and Drink
I use those to go packets..Walmart brand and they are only a $1 a box of 10 and they come in Raspberry Ice, Lemonade, and Punch. I also make sugar free-fat free puddings..vanilla, chocolate, banana cream, butterscotch and one other. Great for that choloclate fix..I make homemade potato soup and pureree it..I had my surgery a month ago..and I have already lost 30 lbs. Some of the hamburger helpers pureed aren't bad either. I have not been able to eat fish yet, but then I am not that far either..Mayo does make a fat free mayo and it works great with most salad. I also cook a roast for my hubby and then I grind it up and mix mayo and relish and it is great and goes down smoothly too.
I have not been able to eat soft scrambled eggs either.
Great Idea!
My favorites are the achieve one coffee mocha jave..yum
Provolone cheese (for some reason this goes down easier)
Hummus with wheat crackers
Gefilite fish(I know it looks so yucky, but it's already basiclly mush)
string cheese
Dannon Low carb yogurt
Carb control chocolate milk
aLSO i may be in the minority but I love those Isopure high protein drinks especially the grape. and 40 grams of protein you can't beat it!

I have to admit that one of my new favorites is shrimp ****tail made with lo-carb ****tail sauce ! It is way too easy to make and at work it feels like an extra-special meal.
I tried the Isopure before surgery but have a realllllllly hard time getting it down now. But Profect protein (25 grams per tube) has been something that I have been able to get down without feeling freaky about the consistency and texture.
Sunflower seeds
Simply Jif is wonderful
FF Cream cheese on a spoon for a treat
I still rely on sugar free jello and pudding for snacks, but have discovered that I tend to enjoy the pre-made stuff more than the "home made" stuff
