Under 300!!
Hallelujah!! I am under 300! The weight that I got back on during week 3 was lost by the end of the week. I am 30 lbs down again!!!!! Today was awful though!! Let's call it "Ralph Day"!! I threw up about 5 times today!! First of all, we were out all day and I couldn't find skim milk so I had 2%. Blahhhhhhh! Then I got a fish plank from Long John Silvers and I took off the breading and ate the inside fish. Blahhhhhh again and again. Now we got home and I was hungry so I tried stir fry chicken!!!! Blahhhhh, Blahhhhhh, Blahhhhhhhh. My stomach is in knots. My dietician said a lot of people have trouble with white meat. Maybe that's why and maybe the grease is absorbed into the fish and not just the breading. I toooooo and Protein shaked out. I do not want to live my life like some of the people that I talk to that are 3 years out and all they eat is protein drink after protein drink!! That can't be healthy. I want to eat small amounts of healthy foods and yes I will drink a protein drink if need be to get in my protein. To be honest I thought that is how it would be!! I didn't know that I would live off of vitamin supplements and protein drinks. Ohhhhhhhh and guess what I tried something!! Isopure is not that great but, I get the orange flavor and add sugar free tang to it with ice and drink cold or make into a slurpee. You got to try it if you like orange drinks or orange flavor. It really helps a lot!!

Thanks Elisa for the support!! Yeah it was a bad day. Today was good!! I avoided fish and chicken!! Plus today, I got to shave my legs and probably lost another pound. LOL I have not been able to bend over since the surgery as well as I like too so I have avoided for 3 weeks. Plus my baby boy has decided that its time for "I dropped it can you get it for me mommy". So I have just started bending over yesterday. I have touched the ground picking up for him about 75 times while we were out shopping today. So I am exhausted. I don't need a gym. GIRLFRIEND>>>>>>> I feel your pain....i have had ralph weeks. I tend to eat to fats or the forbidden drink with my meal or just plain old eat too much or eat food that dont sit well....i am learning though and slowly but surely i have slowed down on "ralphing" I still do but because i dont eat slow or some stupid thing i do. but remember we are all here going through the same thing as you and we all understand. for me its a whole lot of years of bad eating habits i have to change in short amount of time. I am proud of you keep on keepin on!

Sorry about your "Ralph Day!" But congratulations on getting under 300!! Doesn't it feel great?! I, too, weighed myself a week or so ago and saw the scale read 299. I cried like a friggin' baby! What a feeling. Congrats again and enjoy your weight loss. Hopefully, soon you'll find foods you can eat and not throw up. Good luck!
