1 month post op today

I finally made it one month on the losing side with a total of around 35 pounds gone. I'm on phase 3 of the post-op diet. Was hospitalized for dehydration. They gave me 3 bags of fluids via IV. Feeling much better now and finally tolerating purreed foods. Couldn't feel any better. Thanks very much OH brothers and sisters. Heather

Heather, congratulations on your 1 month post-op!!! I just posted yesterday that about my 1 month too. Way to go on losing 35 #s -- that is great! I am so sorry to hear you had to be hospitalized for dehydration...I'm happy you are feeling better. I have been slacking off on the water these past 3 days and I don't want to be dehydrated so I am trying my best to get my fluids in. Keep up the great work!! Elisa

Congrats Heather! That's one month on the losing side and 35 gone forever! Keep up the good work and keep on sipping! FYI, don't know why but in the last couple days something changed w/my drinking patterns and suddenly it's way easier to get in the fluid. You're right behind me maybe that will happen for you soon too. Guess it's just healing.? J.
