Protein Shakes

I just started full liquids today. I made a matrix double chocolate shake with half a banana and 1% milk. It is soooooo good. Anyone else know of any other good protein shakes? And....how long does it take you to drink it? This one's gonna be a while.

I made a mistake. It wasn't Matrix, it was Elite Rich Chocolate.

Where did you find your protein mix? I started full liquids Monday and I was dying for the choco/banana drink I saw in the book but I can't find a good choco. protein. So far I'm only getting in 60% of my requirements. Any help would be appreciated. Jackie

I ordered a sample pack from bariatriceating.com before I ordered the big canisters. The sample pack comes with a few different flavors of protein. I just made a vanilla banana shake. I don't like the vanilla. Glad I just had a sample.

I just got mine today from www.unjury.com they have sample packs and the shipping is reasonable

Also check out www.vitalady.com I use an IDS powder called Belgian Chocolate, as good as it sounds. I got banana from Vitalady and also a strawberry. Also I bought some of the packs where they have 6 different kinds to try. I think I like banana the best but the chocolates are pretty good.
