Finally approved!

I am really excited to say that my insurance approved me on thursday and I am going to be able to make my scheduled date of Feb 20th! I am looking forward to my re-birthday and feeling less self-concious in a bathing suit by this summer!!!!!! Anyone else a surgery brother/sister on the 20th! We February babies need to stick together! Logan

GOOOOOOOOO Logan !!! Congratulations, sounds like you had a pretty quick approval. It will be here sooner than you know it. Be prepared for your new life. I just got banded on the 13th of Feb. So I'm still pretty sore. I'm so very excited for you. I was nervous, scared and elated at the same time. Was even thinking of backing out the day before and day off...but glad I didn't. Hang in there and your day is coming. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. Keep up posted.

I submitted my claim to BCBS on Thursday and Monday I was approved for open RNY. My surgery is scheduled for 2/21 at 9am. Good Luck!
