4 more days !!! yay!

Hi ! My surgery is Thursday Feb 16th in Fresno. I am so excited, but starting to get really nervous cause it is so close. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers and hope that everything goes well with no complications. I will be leaving home on wednesday night and returning home the following tuesday(staying in the fresno area cause I live about 2 hrs away) So, here we go, almost there. We're going to valentines dinner tonight, (everyone is jokingly calling it "The Last Supper". haha I go to my pre-op tommorrow in fresno and will start my liquid diet! Will keep in touch!

I was writing the same stuff last week. I am 4 days post op, and feeling good.The first 2 days of the pre op liquid diet was rough on me I felt dizzy and a bit sick but it passed and I was great after the 2nd day and still going strong after surgery with the Liquids, and only taking my Tylenol/codeine at night after a long day with my 5 wonderful children. LOTS of LUCK

Kristi, Congrats and good luck. When they rolled me back to OR i cried it was so much emotion all the waiting all the preperation. You will do great and when you come home we will all be here knowing what you are going through and going through it together. God Speed. Julie
