Hello to all my February sisters and brothers!!!

I just had surgery Monday (02/06). I came home Wednesday (02/08). As far as I can tell, I'm doing greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat!! I hope everyone else is doing as well. What an amazing week this has been. Everyday, I seem to be in a little less pain than they day before!! I am looking forward to everyone's stories. Happy Birthday babies!!! Tammy Oklahoma

Hey, I had my surgery the same day that you did and came home the 8th. My dr told me that I was doing so well that he wanted to send me home the 7th, but kept me just in case so that I could be watched!!!! I don't even feel like I have had surgery, I had bad gas from the air the put in you, but that has gone away. So has the pain in my feet and I do feel somewhat lighter, and ppl tell me that I am losing the weight, but I can't tell so I will wait until I get to my check-up on the 22nd!!!!! I am looking forward to that!! I tolerate my liquids fine and my vitamins and everything that I am supposed to have on this liquid phase but to be honest I am tired of it...lol!!! Proud of you!!!!! I'm still doing fine with the liquids. I have mixed things up a little...i.e. flavored extracts in my protein. Tons of seasoning in the broth. Several different types of SF, Decaf drinks. *******hugs******* Tammy Oklahoma

Hey Tammy Oklahoma, This is Tammy NJ! So glad you are doing well. I had my surgery the day after yours and Im finding it a bit harder. I don't think I have a real good feel for my pouch yet, knowing when I am full and all and being able to tell the difference between my slight soreness from the surgery and a full pouch. I realized I was overdoing it a little originally but now I am trying to get it all in slowly by taking in 3-4oz of liquid every half hour until my pouch and I get to know eachother. I am feeling better everyday and getting a better hang of it though. Looking forward to hearing more about yours and everyone else's journeys! Tammy B
