Help!!! I can't figure this picture thing out

I have a blank square because that is as far as I have gotten. And there are such beautiful backgrouds how do you do it. Thanks for any help

Hey Friend! HAHAHA! ok, here it goes, this is what i read on here! Go to photobucket.com create an account! Get your pics on there. when you see your pics you will see 3 lines under neath of internet talk! hahaha! THe first line, you want to select it all and copy it! minimize that page, and go back to your profile. in your profile click on add picture or whatever. then paste that web address and stuff in that space. BOOM you've got pics! (you should anyway!) Let me know if it works! Hey, i just noticed today that my pic shows up i think! I guess i'll see when i send this!
