I am all clear for surgery!

Well, I talked to my primary care doc this evening... all my pre-op tests are in and I am all clear for surgery. I was concerned about the stress test as my EKG originally came back as abnormal. The stress test ruled out any possibility of a previous heart attack, however, and I am good to go!! Now comes more waiting... Good luck everyone having surgery this week!! Hey Deanna, that's great news! Congrats ! I know what you mean about the waiting...a week from today and I get to be on the loser's bench, I hope . I have my pre-op appt. on Thursday and I'm afraid they'll post-pone my surgery because I have gained a few pounds since my consult, which was in Sept. Keep your finger's crossed for me. Elisa
