need clothing

i use to weigh 478 now i weigh 240 and still am loosing i need size 20-18 can anyone help me or tell me how to do clothing exchange

There are several ways to go about a clothing exchange....many local support groups have them. If you are heavily involved in one of these online forums people are often willing to give up older cloths...size 20s and 18s should be pretty easy to come by..... and if you go to the top tab marked people...click on it...there is a list of cloths people are giving up. You've done wonderfully! I've had very good luck at GoodWill and second hand clothing places with clothes. They are actually cheaper then paying shipping for someone to send you clothes AND you get to try them on first and see them before you pay for them.
