Everyone who is still participating ROCKS! We had 33 participants who have the courage to share their ongoing journey. We've lost 4311 pounds! An average of 130 pounds each person! We're still losing at a rate of 1.72 pounds per week. And we've lost 91% of our excess weight. [the expected loss for post WLSers is 70%]. Congratulations to everyone, keep up the good work and please come back in a few months and tell me how you are doing with maintenance!
