May 26th-Long Beach, CA Anyone?

I got a message from Rebecca O. and turns out she will be coming to Cali on May 24th. She & I thought it would be great opportunity to meet and I suggested maybe we could plan to have lunch with anyone that can make it out there.
However, I won't be in the L.A. area until Sat. May 25th. Perhaps we could plan to meet that day somewhere near (or at the) Queen Mary in Long Beach for lunch or dinner?
Anyone interested please post...if not I guess I'll ask the Cali board...or I should because I would love to meet any of those peeps.

Hi Everybody!
Like Elisa mentioned I am flying from Atlanta to LA (actually Burbank) to visit friends and I want to meet my West Coast WLS friends while I'm there( or any other WLS friends that can come). So Elisa.... how far is Long Beach from Burbank? I plan to rent a car. I can't wait!!!!

So far one person, Monica is up for getting together and seems like there's going to be a gathering at starbucks but at 10am I probably wouldn't make it. Let me know what you think.

San Diego is about 2 hours away from Long Beach. 
Kinda far huh? Even a little further from Palm Springs.
It's going to be hot in Palm Springs...so bring your shorts! Do you like golf? I find it a little 
um...well you know boring. 
But I'm sure there will be other things to do...like go shopping!
