For me I've had to regularly review the rules of the pouch, and I changed up how I was getting in my protein shakes [I split it into two shakes, but double the water]. And I've cut out the bad carbs. I am journaling everything I eat, too, with times and the emotions and feelings of hunger. I had definitely been emotional eating over the holidays and have put a stop to that. Since yesterday I FEEL much better, much more in control. HTH.
No you are not alone! I also have let those nasty bad carbs find a resting place in my diet. I have made a promise to myself to get back on track. I didn't jump thru all those hoops with Kaiser to have the surgery to go back to my old ways. I also made a promise to myself to post at least once a day.

I am in the same boat with you....but I know that I am not getting the exercise I need and I am eating more crackers than real food. I prefer a nonfat latte to a meal. I can't seem to slow down and chew and I probably consume more than I need. I guess the suggestion to review the rules is probably the most valid of all...just wanted you to know that you are not alone.....
I am almost a year out and I having been finding myself being stuck at a weight level for a month or more, but I just keep at it and sooner or later by adjusting food intake and exercise start dropping again. The main thing that I have learned through all of this is NOT to give up or quit! Keep at it and sooner or later you'll find yourself loosing again. Hang in there you're going to make it! -Bill-
