Congratulations!
Talk/visit with your surgeon and OB ASAP and make sure you are all on the same page as far as nutrition. I would ask for a referral to a nutritionist if you don't already have one, and get some solid guidelines.
Keep up the exercise as long as you can.
I think there is a pregnancy board on OH you can visit for more help.
Be good to yourself and your baby will grow healthy and strong!
What wonderful news! xosm
Congrats,
I'm scared to even try to get pregnant because i"m afraid i'll gain all the weight back too. However, I was pregnant 6 years ago and didn't gain anything during my pregnancy. When you start out overweight it affects your gains during pregnancy.
I was extremely careful as to what everything went into my mouth. I ate great.
Now, I'm still scared to death to try for #2. Plus, i don't think I'm in a position to have another child. Things will work out for you. I beleive a normal pregnancy is 30lbs gained or so. One thing, jus****ch everything that goes into your mouth.
I hope everything works out well.
