December [already?!?] weigh-in

In 7 weeks I lost 17 pounds [tomorrow is eight weeks - I believe I have lost more, but will see]. I think that's about what I was losing over the summer - 10lbs a month. Then in September it started to slow down, and I joined WW on October 10th. I will be SUPER HAPPY if I can continue on this path for a few more months, but I am not sure that's realistic. A lot of people seem to have had a stall or are coming off a stall right now, and I have not had one yet [knock wood]. I don't know what that means, I guess I should anticipate one, or at least a slow down. I am working hard to make my February surgery date at goal, which I think may be a little unrealistic, but hey, I can try, right? Don't forget to review the RULES OF THE POUCH again [let me know if you need the link]. I did the other day and realized I am really slipping with how and when I drink my fluids [I get them all in, but I think it's too close to meals]. And I needed the reminder to do protein first. I still do my shake every morning, but when I was logging food on FitDay I was getting close to 100g a day, and since I've slacked on that too, I am sure I'm not hitting that target anymore either. I think there is always something I can tweak. I like that with WW I can feel like I am taking proactive steps to being accountable. When do you weigh in? Are you finding the points easy to follow? xosm

WTG Elisa!!! Congrats! I know its a great feeling when you see those numbers under 200. I know I felt like jumping for joy. This month I am stuck I think...I did not lose anything thism onth. I am at 194 and wearing Size 14 Misses Jeans and those are a little big around the waist so I can't complain, but I would like to make it to the 180's...Oh well...I know its because I am not exercising. I think that is my New Year's resolution. Anyway, great news! I am sooooooo happy for you! Loretta

I'm frustrated...the scale hasn't moved much. I am working out and eating right and it's just not moving. grrrr any way weigh in at 273 ....73 pounds to goal ....

Hi everyone it's Rebecca. I am at 180 today! I'm 11 pounds away from the Century club. I've started working 2x a week with a friend who is a personal trainer to see if I can get the weight loss moving again. Conrats Elisa on onederland, you look gorgeous in your pic! My weight now is 127, 7 pounds to goal; scale only moved down 2 pounds this past month, but, I'm not complaining. Thanks again for all the work you do on the chart. Angela K.
