1 Year Crunch TIME!!!!
I got this idea from reading a post by GG. She has a goal of losing 40 more lbs before her one year anniversary...and you know what I thought that would be a good idea for me too. I'm not a big fan of setting number goals normally, because you can get disappointed if you don't reach them....but this time it's different.
We are in the eating season of the year.....and there will be an abundance of overconsumption of food all around us. (esp the wrong foods). So if anyone wants to join us.....post what your goal is for the next few months till your 1 year. It doesn't have to be 40 lbs it could be just 25.
But i figure for myself, with a number goal, I will defnitely stay on track better then without one.

Starting weight 266.....ending weight goal by my 1 year anniversary.....226.
I'll join you to My starting weight 228.4 my new goal weight 180. So I would like to lose 48 lbs so the dam BMI chart does not show me as obese or over weight. That will put me at the upper limit of normal. My orginal goal of 225 is with in reach so this will be good to extend it and push myself harder.

At this point i am at a loss of what my goal should be. I weigh 173 but my trainer says i look 145 150...and he also said it would be near impossible for me to loste the desired 28 pounds i had wanted to to hit my goal. He says i could probibly only lose another 10 maybe 15 pound. my dr says i am healthy just the way i am....BUT I REALLY WANTED TO HIT GOAL...Dont get nme wrong i am exstrememly happy with wear i am. But you know they say most lose then bounce up I DO NOT want to bounce up from here. Im VERY happy at where i am right now. So I guess lets say for me 10 more pounds just to be safe...???... i dunno I ma 173 now so 163 i guess....
Im a size 8 so i would really like to be a 6 lol

I am so excited to be able to take on the challenge of eating healthier in this time of year! Today being Thanksgiving, I have several kinds of foods set aside for me that are healthy and I can't wait to eat them. So, that being said, my goal for one year surgiversary is to weigh in at my personal goal: 170. That would be another 18 pounds. I am very sure that I will make it! I'm just greatful for being where I am. Now I have to work on maintenance and toning & shrinking this extra skin!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING, MY FEB '06 FRIENDS!!!

I'm in. I have been finding that I am getting back to my old eating habits......obviously not as much at one sitting, but eating bad stuff. Not sugar stuff, but carbs. So my new goal for my 1 year date is........19 more lbs. I started at 245 and i'm stuck at 163..164. I am happy at what I am now, but it would be nice to lose the 100 lbs. So lets keep eachother encouraged and get to our goals!

I'll join you all! My personal goal is to lose another 32lbs to reach my 140lb goal. Wow, looking at those 32lbs on the screen doesn't seem real. I can't believe I only have to lose 32lbs. I remember the day when I would say, I have 100+lbs to lose. Go****'s such a good feeling. I feel great right now but it would be nice to wear a size 5/6 or even a 4 I'm in an 8 right now so I don't know how much more my body will shrink but I'm looking forward to the final result.
