NEW SPECIAL K PROTIEN WATER

Look what i found....Special K protien Water. I got the lemon and to be honest i have it sitting next to me but have not yet tried it. But..It has 5 grams of proiten only 8 sugars ) fat and 50 calories. sounds cool uh water and protien its a miricle!!!! anyone try it yet?? J

So what's the word? Run out and buy it or don't waste your money on it? And... where did you find it?

So I found it at Publix. It comes in Lemon and kiwi strawberry I got the lemon. NOW as all "good for you" foods it was 6 bucks for 4. But it was not bad. Kinda tasted like the disani lemon water. Sweet but only 8 grams of sugar. At first i thought it was TOOOOO SWEET then it was ok. 5 grams of protien too. I think its cool but a lol expensive. did you see the special K diet? i was thinking about doing it. I dunno i like special K so maybe its way easy. check it out online. anyway my opion o the special K 2 O (thats what it is called) was good.... water AND protien??? what an idea! J

I've tried it and it was decent. Kind of taste like Isopure but without the bad after taste. I wi**** had a little more protein in it. Sylvia
