I had surgery Feb. 14th and I moved out of the state I had my surgery in, So I have not seen my nut in like 3 months or so. I need to know how many cars amd calories a day yall do?? and how many ounces yall can eat per meal...I know everyone is different but I need an idea! PLEASE REPLY BACK...NO ONE DID IN THE MAIN MESSAGE BOARDS 265/160/128

my nut says over 45 gms protein. I usually get 70 and up. And not to count carbs or calories. But I try to keep my calorises between 800 to 1000. But dont exactly count them. Good luck

i dont count any more....i know i should i just eat what i know is right and dont eat all day long try to eat high protien foods and just do what i am supose to. I work out so i should be eatting or getting in at least 60 but more like 120 so...sorry if that doesnt help! J

I am doing Weigh****chers, I get between 20-26 points. Before that I was doing FitDay and getting 100+ grams of protein, about 1200 calories - tried to aim for less than a third of that to be from carbs, but it was usually about 1/3. I think I get a lot more carbs now [and less fat], but it's mostly veggies and high fiber carbs. I also get 70oz minimum of fluids daily [I aim for 100 ounces, but well, still working on that!]. My cals are on the high end...about 1,500-1,800 a day....I try for lower but it's been hard lately.... Pure protein I can eat 5-6 ounces of anthing else...about 8-12 ounces it just depends on the food...I can eat a whole lean cuisine or lean pocket... I've done great with my weight loss though. I am 138-143 on a doctors scale and started at 232. How about you?

I try to have at LEAST 70 grams of protein. I don't really monitor the carbs... I use Fitday but never really monitor the carbs persae. Calories... I average about 1200. I have had about a month though where I was eating like a wild woman. Although I didn't gain anything, I didn't lose either... Looks like you are doing a great job though from your loss so keep doing what you have been !

What a can of worms you've opened! Every person/doctor/NUT will have a different answer. It's all a matter of what's going in compared to what's going out. Personally, I have around 110-130 g protein each day with trying for 1400+ calories. I have a hard time getting the calories in. I usually get at least 100 g protein each day. Yesterday, I had 130g!!!! WOOHOO!
