I have been a badddd girl !
I have been so bad doing any of my WLS stuff right. The wedding is over with so I have no real good excuse anymore for not eating right, for not excercising, for not THINKING, and for not using this great tool in the right way.
My goal for this week is to use Fitday, Monday- Friday. I know that if I share this with you guys that I will be more apt to "behave." Hopefully this week I can be a better behaved girl ! (It may not be as much fun but darn!)

Good for you! I just got home from a mission set up trip to the Dominican Republic. Fortunately and unfortunately, our group got an incredible price at an all inclusive resort because of work that my cousin had been doing down there to help provide one of the schools with supplies. Long story short, I ate too much during down time and now that I'm back home, my pouch is hurting. Tylenol isn't helping. I'm going to check out the Fitday, too, and I'm trying to get my twisted little brain back on track. I'm hoping that you're able to get it together, too! Accountability helps a lot!!! I just got overly confident and I'm paying for it! Repeat after me, "It's a tool, not a miracle. It's a tool, not a miracle. It's a tool, not a miracle." Hang in there!

its so easy to forget or to neglect lol...i dread the gym i started my period today and i was like oh i started my period i wont go to the gym lol WTF??? of course i will go whats wrong with me??? i have to go women go to the gym everyday with there period and imma make that my excuse to NOT go? so we all make reasons why we cant do it...i do it and i did not have a wedding or a trip lol i just blaently didnt lol so girlfriend its not just you we all have "moments" but as long as they are moments and not falling by the wayside we will be fine!!!!! im here with ya!!!
