Ok Physcotic moment OVER
So I hada moment when i posted a few times....and i think it was my period. I am relativly ok with my periods. Is anyone else experiancing totally differant periods? Im shakey, headaches and lathatgic. Now lucky for me i only have mine for 2 days or 3 days tops. im almost over now but feel 100% better already. Do you think that because we are changing so much that the period takes alot out of us?
BUT Sorry for all the emotions lol but i feel better now thank god. i was crazy for a few days then it started and i was AGH!!!!! I had strted birth control the seasonal but i spotted for 3 months so i quit but its not like i am haveing sex lol so im ok i will find anotherone if and WHEN i have sex again lolololol WOW I AM SO OPEN ON HERE!
ALSO sidebar : my stool was almost BLACK wth is that? am i grossing anyone else out this morning lol periods stool lol im a mess but i hope yall love me anyway....

Girl... I gotta tell you, I checked out your page, and the transformation is AMAZING. I mean I know you look incredible from your regular avatar pic, but that SLIDESHOW. OMG! You are off the chain, props to you AND your trainer!
Have you thought about doing the plateau breaker diet to get the rest of the weight off. You look incredible... I wish I was as close to goal as 7 lbs!

PS Is it possible you took Pepto Bismol or something the night before, the bismuth in it sometimes makes your stool black.
Here's the plateau breaker diet:
#1 Do for 10 days to break plateau
#2 Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3 You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamin
& mineral supplements each day.
#4 You may consume up to 3 oz. of the following high-protein foods,
5 times a day:
* beef,
* pork,
* chicken,
* turkey,
* lamb,
* fish,
* eggs,
* low-fat cheese,
* cottage cheese,
* plain yogurt (or artificially sweetened),
* peanut butter,
* beans/legumes.
#5 You may also have:
* sugar-free popsicles (avoid juice popsicles),
* tea or coffee,
* sugar-free sodas,
* sugar-free Jello,
* broths & bouillons,
* Crystal Lite drinks.
For Vegetables eat from only this list:
Broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, spinach, Brussels sprouts,
Asparagus & Cabbage
For Fruit choose only from this list:
Cantaloupe, honey dew, watermelon and strawberries
#6 IF IT IS NOT ON THE LIST YOU MAY NOT HAVE IT!
#7 Keep a food diary and try to get 30 minutes of exercise daily
You know...we all have them. I am had a hyster 3 years ago so don't have to deal with the period thing thank goodness. I had polycystic ovarian disease plague me for years! I had enough. Anyway I am dealing with taking my estrogen pills. The doc wants me to take them to prevent bone loss but when I take them I feel so growly that I just want to bite someone. I tried to talk to him about it but he was being impatient that day with me because he's not convinced that I don't need to take my medications after this surgery. Maybe next time I see him, he'll be more patient who knows. I just wonder if with all of this fat flushing through my system if I don't need it.
So I know we all understand when you talk about the hormone thing...
