It finally happened!
Someone who hasn't seen me since 3 weeks after surgery (who I didn't tell I just had surgery) didn't recognize me! How funny is that?
Yesterday a family friend and her two kids who I've known for years walked right past me (a couple of times) in the grocery store and just looked right through me like she didn't even see me. And me, being the person that hates attention that I am
, didn't stop her either. I guess I don't want to have to answer all the questions that I know would come. Then I'd hear it from all those people
that I didn't tell I had surgery and haven't seen since then... Is that wrong of me? Oh well.
Anywayz... just thought I'd add my little WOW moment to the board since today is my 7 month surgiversary.

It is so cool when that happens. I was at a Conference in Monroe a couple weeks ago. A friend from SC was there and we talked for a little while. All of a sudden, he stopped and hugged me. He said, "I just this minute realized who you were... I didn't recognize you. I knew you were familiar, but you have lost so much weight you don't look the same!" He acted so embarrassed, but I told him he had made my day!! We have been friends for years and he didn't know me!!
