Yesterday, my husband picked me up and swung me around. I was like OMG! Don't!! You'll break your back!!! He laughed and swung me around again. It's been YEARS since a person could pick me up!

Way to Go Terri Isn't that just the best feeling in the world. Once I lost the weight I make my husband pick me up on a regular basis.

I do the run and jump into his arms and he lifts me above his head.

That is so great! I can't imagine anyone picking me up, but hopefully one day I'll get there. The other day I was giving my fiance a massage and he told me to sit on his butt so I could get more leverage. I felt very concious of being too heavy for him, but I did it anyway... and he said that I wasn't too heavy at all, and I should give him massages that way more often.
