7 month lab results ...

Well my PCP sent me a copy of my lab results from last week. And every freaking thing is NORMAL! My A1C was 5.7. I don't think I've had my A1C that low my entire adult life. All my vitamins, etc were awesome! I can't believe how much my health has turned around in 7 short months! WOOHOO!!!!

Thats great Terri! I just had my blood work results too and I am ALL good!! The only thing I need to watch is my vit D is a bit low. I also have to be careful cause my blood pressure is waaay low. Ironically enough, I was on meds for high blood pressure for YEARS before doing this!! I took my last blood pressure pill the day before surgery and have never taken another one!! My pressure lately has been like 105/70 and I often get the dizzies or the Im gonna pass out feeling when I stand too fast or bend down for awhile and then come up. Does anyone know how to raise our blood pressure a little? I forgot to ask the doc.

I had the same problem ... off the blood pressure meds and it's going a bit too low. My PCP had me increase my sodium intake slightly and it resolved the problem.

That's great Terri!!! I had mine done and they were all perfect too!!! I was so proud!!! Now I'm proud of both of us!!!!
